Honest reason it's not live yet: 13F/institutional-holdings data is blocked on our current data plan. The free path is pulling it directly from SEC EDGAR's public 13F filings ourselves — same approach already used for SEC Filings and Congress — which is more build time than an API call, not a dead end.
